Thank you for sending me the device to review. I have some thoughts that may be helpful regarding OROMED’s device, the ORO Stillbirth Sensor Alarm (CE certificate ZKT2306164516C). I think this is a good idea. The vibration feature is effective. While the sound is also good, I would avoid using a baby crying sound, as it could feel very odd and, in fact, could be triggering for women who have previously experienced the loss of a baby.

Ms. B is a woman in her thirties with a pronounced kyphoscoliosis and other disabilities. She has used a high/low bed with a Spenco mattress and various pillows to encourage her to remain in her side-lying position. She was often very hot and appeared uncomfortable after ashort period, becoming very tense around her neck and shoulders.

After using the bed you designed, I must write to tell you how marvellous this bed is. I should have written sooner, but I was advised to give it time for a proper test.
