We refused to stand by as silent witnesses to heartbreak. Driven by a passion to protect mothers and babies, we set out on a mission to uncover the truth behind stillbirths and miscarriages. Our in-depth examination of leading scientific research revealed urgent, actionable risk factors—keys that could help prevent tragedy and rewrite countless family stories with hope instead of sorrow.

The data is impossible to ignore: mothers who sleep on their backs face at least twice the risk of miscarriage and stillbirth compared to those who sleep on their sides. Even more alarming, 3.7% of late stillbirths are directly linked to sleeping in the supine (back) sleeping position. This is a preventable risk—a simple change that could save lives.
